Troubleshooting
- Error Code : S99
[S99] is a 3D Secure error. There is an error in entering the password for 3D Secure (Credit Card Identity authentication service), or the 3D Secure setting of your credit card company has not been completed successfully. The use of your card is temporarily suspended by the card fraud detection system. The problem may occur when the card company’s 3D Secure setting has not been completed properly, or when the card is temporarily suspended by the card fraud detection system. Please check that the password entered by the consumer is correct, and if so, please contact the card issuing company.
